1.Shipping & Delivery

The chart below lists the estimated delivery timelines for our website orders.

Your orders will be processed in 1-3 days.

Please Note:

• Our website does not guarantee specific shipping dates. Shipping times depend on the products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of domestic orders (orders that are placed in Hong Kong) and up to 20 days for international orders (orders that are placed in foreign countries or regions). Please note that we are based in Hong Kong, and shipments may be sent out from either mainland of China or Hong Kong.
• Our website not take liability if the ordered products get lost while delivery.
• You may receive your order sooner or later during unexpected incidents, such as bad weather issues or delay of delivery in holidays etc.
• Your information (especially delivery address, telephone number and email address) of the order should be precise and concrete.
• We need 1-3 business days to ship out your parcel after your order placed.

Sometimes the delivery time takes longer due to unscheduled customs inspection. Please be patient to keep waiting until the customs release your goods. Thank you for your cooperation.

2. Restrictions: 

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to certain countries due to local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that we cannot legally ship to certain countries. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping restrictions.

• Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. • Tracking and Insurance: We offer tracking and insurance options for international orders. The availability of these options will be provided at checkout. If you choose not to purchase tracking or insurance, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

3. Parcel tracking

You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note, that you may receive this communication in the junk folder of your email platform. You may also check the status of your order by viewing its progress in your account under the “orders” section.

4. Inaccurate address

We will not be held responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect details submitted. If you happened to submit an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately.

wahaland.com operates in collaboration with 3rd party shipping carriers and therefore is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. Please note that the ETA listed above is not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are out of our control once the order has been dispatched.
